Assignments due to be handed in this week:

=========ALL THE TIME EXTRA CREDIT: ==============

You may always do extra credit:

1) Extra project= more than what is required.
Late = 5 points off per day late.  Once late
projects are turned in, worth full credit

2) MOVIE OR BOOK REVIEW:  There are a TON of movies AND books devoted to teen
Health.  I am not talking about the typical teen movie where everyone is trying to get "laid" or
"wasted".  I'm talking about the movies and books where a health topic such as bullying,
dating violence, drug abuse, healthy relationships, etc. happens and you see the real life
effects and struggles.  Write a minimum 1 paragraph summary and relate it to your own life
particularly decision making...receive 10 points for any project.

2) Extra constructed responses or current event reviews (if you're missing some, each is
worth no more than 1 point.  If they are all in, they are worth full credit)

3) Internet activities:  Do any activity from my website and give me a couple sentences
about what you did
or find a video, game or activity not on site that can be included, send
me the link
get 2 points

4) Do a project in another class health related?  counts towards this class too.....points
vary

5) Independent study project?  Project you like and want to do on your own? ....points vary

6) Unit specific extra credit? Listed on each assignment check list or main unit page..points
vary
"Being a teen means being lost
in a sea of ideas and confusion;
constantly making decisions
that could make or break you "
