There is so much information available today
about exercise and physical fitness, it's difficult
to keep up with.

One thing is for certain, the benefits of daily or
nearly daily physical activity are proven!  Some
sources will suggest 30-60 minutes of moderate
to vigorous exercise/physical activity while others
say that 45-60 minutes of mild to moderate
physical activity is essential.

Daily Physical Activity not only helps your
physical health but also aides in cognitive
development and health, stress management, and
other areas as well.
