National Physical Education Standards:  

Standard 1 -

COURSE SCOPE AND SEQUENCE:

The Elective courses will do activities included on the
full scope and sequence above but not necessarily in the
same order

Types of Days:

First Day Fitness:
 
A full day of physical fitness activities
(teacher led, student led, or video led)

Classroom Concept and Principals Day:
"Classroom" sessions of lecture, video or small group
work on a variety of topics

"Regular in-unit days"
Practice and Participation on a selected unit(s)

Fun Fitness Fridays
and  / or Multiple Choice days

These are NOT Free Time days.  
This does not mean you can do whatever you want.
You may not sit around.
You may not take the day off
Students participate
in approved activities of their choice if possible
or suggested on "board"
